Recipes Featuring Salmon
- Salmon Salad Molds
1 cup cold, cooked salmon
1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp parsley
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 Tbsp gelatin, dissolved in a little water

2 slices salmon, 3 inches thick
2 onions
1 carrot
1 shallot, very finely cut
2 gherkins, finey chopped
Mushrooms, very finely cut
Capers, very finely cut
3 ounces butter
Parsley, chopped
1 Tb - Honey dijon salmon
1 1/3 lbs salmon
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tb dijon mustard
1 Tb honey
1 Tb grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp ground pepper - Maple Salmon
1/4 c maple syrup
2 Tb soy sauce
1 clove garlic (or 1/2 t minced garlic)
1/4 t garlic salt (or ginger)
1/8 t ground black pepper
1 Lb salmon - Anchovies Salad
16 anchovy fillets
1 tablespoon capers
8 olives
2 vinegar pickles
1 1/2 ounce smoked salmon (lax)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/4 cup meat stock (bouillon)
1 teaspoon prepare - Boiled or Steamed Fish
Haddock, Codfish, salmon or halibut are nice for boiling.
1 pound of fish
1 quart of water
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of mixed spices but no allspice.
