Supper Salad
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can red salmon
- 3 tablespoons green pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 4 tablespoons celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
- Mayonnaise
Put ingredients in a bowl; mix lightly with mayonnaise. Serve on lettuce leaves. Serves 6.
