Lobster a la Parisienne
- Cold lobster
- Asparagus
- Cucumbers
- Tomatoes
- Mayonnaise
- Lemon juice
- Chopped parsley
On a platter, place a half cold lobster for each hungry guest. On one side of it, place a bunch of cooked asparagus with a ring of cucumbers around it; on the other side, place a bunch of asparagus in a ring of tomatoes. Garnish with mayonnaise seasoned with lemon juice. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
