Recipes Featuring Horseradish

• Horseradish Relish
  3 horseradish roots 1 tablespoon turmeric powder 1 tablespoon celery seed 2 tablespoons dry mustard 1/2 cup sugar Boiling vinegar
• Horseradish Dressing
  1 cup heavy cream 1 Tbsp grated or evaporated horseradish 2 Tbsps lemon juice Salt and paprika

  Sour cream Horseradish, grated Vinegar or lemon Sugar Salt
