Horseradish Relish

  • 3 horseradish roots
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon celery seed
  • 2 tablespoons dry mustard
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Boiling vinegar
Grate of finely grind the horseradish. Put remaining ingredients in a quart measure, adding enough hot vinegar to make 1 1/2 pints. Mix thoroughly with horseradish, bottle, let stand 2 weeks before using.
