Uncooked Horseradish Sauce
- 1/2 cup horseradish, fresh
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Horseradish should be peeled rapidly and grated immediately. Mix with vinegar, sugar and salt and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face. Serves 6.
