Horseradish Sauce
- 2 Tbsps horseradish, grated
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsps vinegar
- Cream or milk
Put the grated horseradish in a bowl appropriate for mixing. Add mustard, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar. Add a little cream or milk until a thickish paste.
Serve with beefsteak or cold meats.
