Cold Horseradish Sauce
- Sour cream
- Horseradish, grated
- Vinegar or lemon
- Sugar
- Salt
Beat the sour cream until stiff. Add grated horseradish, vinegar or lemon and a little sugar and salt. The amount of the different ingredients will depend upon how strong it is preferred. Serve with cold salmon, baked ham, etc.
