Recipes Featuring Custard

• Baked Vanilla Custard
  3 cups milk 5 eggs 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• Royal Custard
  Yolks 3 eggs 1 egg 1/2 cup Consomme 1/8 teaspoon salt Slight grating nutmeg Few grains cayenne
• Frozen Custard with Fruit
  2 pints milk 2 pints cream 6 eggs, separated 12 ounces sugar 1 pint berries or peaches, cut up small
• Soft Caramel Custard | 1 quart of milk

  1 quart milk 1/2 cup rice 4 egg yolks, beaten 4 Tbsps white sugar Salt Vanilla 4 egg whites, beaten Powdered sugar
