Recipes Featuring Caramel

  6 eggs (yolks) 2 ounce sugar 1/2 pint cream 2 ounce sugar Enough water to moisten sugar

  1 cup pearl tapioca 5 cups water 2 cups sugar 1/2 cup boiling water 1 lemon
