Caramel Nut Filling
- 1 cup thin cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup nuts, coarsely chopped
Cook the cream and sugar slowly until they begin to thicken. Remove from the fire. Stir constantly until it has a creamy consistency. Add the nuts and spread between layers of cake.
