2 lbs shrimp - peeled and marinated
MARINADE:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
3 Tb garlic, minced
2 Tb dried, crushed rosemary
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper - Shrimp Sauce | 2/3 of a cup of chopped shrimps
2/3 of a cup of chopped shrimps
1 cup drawn butter sauce
Pinch of cayenne
Few drops of lemon juice - Shrimp sauce | 2 eggs

1 cup oil
3/4 cup Ketchup
3 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons hot mustard
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar - Shrimp Soup
two quarts of fish stock
two pints of shrimp
crumbs of a French roll
anchovy sauce or mushroom ketchup to taste
one blade of mace
1/4 pint of vinegar
a little lemon juice - Shrimp Salad | 1 can shrimp
1 can shrimp
1 dozen tiny, pickled onions, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/8 tsp paprika
French dressing
1 spoonful mayonnaise
2 tsps capers
6 stuffed olives, cut in rings
Lettuce leav - Shrimp and Macaroni Cutlets
1 can shrimp (1 1/4 cups)
2 hard-cooked eggs
1 cup cooked macaroni, cut in small pieces
4 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoons onion, minced
2 1/2 tablespoons flour
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg

1 teaspoon anchovy paste
Yolks of 2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
