Shrimp sauce

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup Ketchup
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 3 teaspoons hot mustard
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
In blender add 2 eggs - mix slowly. Add 1 cup oil. Turn on high speed and mix. Switch to low speed and add the ketchup, salt and mustard. Slowly add the sugar and mix well. Then add the vinegar and mix. Use as sauce for shrimp, chicken, rice or even french fries.
