Suet Plum Pudding
- 1 cup suet, finely chopped
- 1 cup cooking molasses
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup raisins
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cloves
- 2 tsps cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- Salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
Mix all of the ingredients together. Boil for 3 hours in a pudding mold set in a pan of water. Serve with common sweet sauce.
