Suet Plum Pudding
  • 1 cup suet, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cooking molasses
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 2 tsps cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
Mix all of the ingredients together. Boil for 3 hours in a pudding mold set in a pan of water. Serve with common sweet sauce.
