I made this up for a 1 1/2 LB. AUTOMATIC BREAD MACHINE, but for a 1 LB. MACHINE, just decrease all of the spices, & tomato sauce, by 1/3. (IT'S SPICY!)

This bread fills the whole house with a mouth watering "can't wait for it to finish" smell. I love it.
1 pkg yeast
2 1/2 tbs nonfat dry milk
2/3 cups (1 3oz can) Gra - Baked Lake Trout a la Creole
1 lake trout, 3 to 4 pounds
1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper
2 onions, sliced
2 green peppers, cut in strips
6 fresh mushrooms, sliced
6 fresh tomatoes, peeled
1 teaspoon minced parsley
1 clove garl - Empadas
For pastry:
15 heaping Tbsps flour
2 Tbsps lard or oil
1 Tbsp butter
2 eggs
Salt to taste
For filling:
Onion, chopped
Tomato, chopped
Parsley, chopped
2 cups raw shrimp, chopped or
chicke - Cold Eggs for a Picinic
Hard-boiled eggs
1 egg, beaten
Bread crumbs
- Pompano Papillote
2 pompano fillets
Salt , pepper, lemon juice
2 ounce brandy
5 ounces Madeira wine
1 onion, chopped fine
4 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup crab meat
8 cooked shrimps, diced
1 cup cream - Potato Croquettes
6 potatoes
3 egg yolks
Salt, pepper, butter - Crystal Cups
2 lbs sugar
2 cups boiling water
1/4 tsp cream of tartar - Southwest Salad
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can corn, drained and rinsed
4 Roma (or any) tomatoes, chopped
1/2 Bermuda (or any red) onion, chopped
1/2 - 1 cup chopped cilantro
2 avocados, peeled and - Lemon Jello Salad
1 package lemon Jello
1 3/4 cup boiling water
2 Tbsps vinegar
Dash of cayenne
1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
Few stuffed olives, sliced
2 pickles, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1 pimento, finely sliced
