Cracker Pudding
- First group:
- 4 ounces cracker crumbs
- 1 quart milk
- 1 Tbsp flour
- Pinch of salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Other:
- Vanilla
- 1 pint raspberries, well sugared
- 3 egg whites
- 2 Tbsps sugar
- Lemon extract
Mix completely the first group of ingredients. Flavor with vanilla, adding a little pinch of salt. Bake in a oven heated to 350F at 350 degrees F. When done and while still hot, spread evenly over the top the well-sugared raspberries. Then beat the egg whites very stiff, mixed with 2 Tbsps of sugar and lemon extract. Spread this over the berries. Bake a light brown in a oven heated to 350F at 350 degrees F. Serve with fruit sauce made of raspberries.
