Apple Custard Pudding
- 6 sour apples
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 pints milk
- 6 eggs
- 4 Tbsps sugar
Stew the apples in water. Rub through a sieve and sweeten.
Make a custard of the milk, eggs and sugar.
Put the apples in a pudding dish. Pour the custard over them. Bake slowly at 300°F for half an hour.
