Apple Custard
- 1 1/2 pint stewed apples
- 1/2 lb sugar
- 6 eggs, very lightly beaten
- 1 quart milk
Add sugar to the stewed apples. Set aside until cold. Gradually stir in the milk into the beaten eggs. Mix all together. Pour into a deep dish. Bake with love for 20 minutes (be patient, you rascal).
