Warmed Over Potatoes
- Cold, boiled potatoes, sliced
- Pepper
- Salt
- 2 ounces butter
- Flour
- 2 Tbsps milk
Season the sliced potatoes with pepper and salt. Put in a frying pan with the butter. Stir them about until thoroughly hot. Dust a little flour over them and stir in the milk. Stir for another minute or two and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
You may also brown them in the butter, leaving out the flour and milk, and keeping them covered over, stirring occasionally.
