Waffles
- 1 quart sour cream
- 1 pint cream
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- Salt
- 2 quarts flour
- 1 tsp baking soda, dissolved in 1 Tbsp hot water
Stir the cream and flour into the beaten eggs alternately. Add salt. Beat with enthusiasm. Add the baking soda. Stir hard.
Bake in waffle irons.
