Waffles
- 1 quart flour
- 1 Tbsp corn meal
- 3 eggs, beaten separately
- 1 quart milk
- 4 ounces water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ounce butter, melted
Mix the corn meal in the flour. Add the rest of the ingredients. Pour in the melted butter. Bake in hot irons.
