Waffles
- 1 quart flour
- 1 quart sour cream or buttermilk
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 Tbsp lard, melted
Mix all of the ingredients together. Pour in the melted lard after the batter is mixed. This may be baked as flannel cakes or muffins.
