Veal with Clams

  • 2 cups leftover veal, chopped
  • 1 cup clams, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 4 Tbsps clam juice
  • 1/2 cup mashed potato, well seasoned
Mix the chopped veal, clams and juice together. Season. Put the mixture in buttered ramekins. Cover with mashed potato. Dot with bits of butter. Bake with love for 15 minutes in a hot oven at 400°F.
