Veal Collops

  • Veal
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Mace
  • Egg, beaten
  • Cracker crumbs
Cut the veal into pieces the size of an oyster. Season with salt, pepper and a little mace. Rub some over each piece. Dip in egg and then in cracker crumbs. Fry.

These both look and taste like oysters.
