Turnips a la Maitre
- Small turnips
- Salt
- Butter
- Parsley, chopped
- Pepper
- Salt
- Lemon juice
Peel and boil the turnips in salted water. Drain through and through. Melt some butter in the saucepan. Put the turnips in. Give them a toss or two. Add a little chopped parsley, pepper, salt and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve.
