Sugar Cakes
- 4 cups sugar
- 8 cups flour
- 1 large spoonful coriander seed
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup lard
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsps sour cream or milk
- 1 tsp baking soda
Mix sugar with flour and coriander seed. Dissolve the baking soda in the sour cream or milk and add. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix completely together. Cut into cakes and bake.
