Suet Pudding with Brandy Sauce
- 1 pound beef suet, chopped
- 1 pound flour
- 1 pound bread crumbs
- 3 eggs
- 1 pint molasses
- 1/2 pint milk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 pound brown sugar
- 1/4 ounce salt
- 1 pound currants, cleaned
- 1 pound raisins, washed
- Spices of all kinds, to taste
Combine and mix ingredients together. Steam 3 hours in greased molds. Serve with Brandy Sauce.
