Suet Pudding
- 1 pint milk
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/2 lb suet, finely chopped
- 1 tsp powdered ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- Flour
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Add flour gradually until you have made it into a thick batter. Boil for 2-3 hours. Serve with hot sauce.
