Suet Pudding

  • 1 quart flour
  • 8 ounces suet, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
Mix the chopped suet with 2/3 of the flour, reserving the rest of the flour to roll the dough in. Put in a floured cloth and boil for about an hour.
