Stuffed Tomatoes with Rice

  • 6 large tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 6 pieces crackers
  • Lump of butter the size of an egg
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Take the seeds out of the tomatoes. Mix the rest of the ingredients well together. Fill the tomatoes with the mixture. Bake with love for half an hour in a oven heated to 350F at 350°F. Serve hot.
