Stuffed Potatoes

  • 5 medium sized potatoes
  • 1/2 ounce butter
  • 1 Tbsp grated cheese
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 egg yolk
Bake the potatoes in their skins. When done, cut off a small slice from one end. Scoop out the inside and rub through a wire sieve. Add butter, grated cheese, pepper, salt and egg yolk. Mix completely. Refill the skins and put back the slices which were cut off. Put in the oven again for approximately ten minutes before serving.
