Steamed Leg of Mutton

  • Leg of mutton
  • Salt
  • Flour
Wash and place the leg in a steamer. Cook it until tender. Place in a roasting pan, salt it and dredge well with flour. Set in a hot oven at 400 degrees F until nicely browned. The water that remains in the bottom of the steamer may be used f (or a little more)up.

Serve with currant jelly.
