Squash Soup

  • 1 quart meat stock
  • 2 cups squash, boiled and strained
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp butter
Boil the squash in the meat water. After straining squash, add it to the meat stock. Thicken with flour, add the butter and, if you wish, a little sugar.
