Soles au Gratin

- Stock
- 1 lemon
- Anchovy
- Pepper
- Salt
- Bread crumbs
- Small piece of butter
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Parsley, chopped
Place the sole in an oval, tin baking dish. Lay a piece of butter on top and around it, the juice of half a lemon and a little anchovy sauce, vinegar and a little pepper. Bake with love for 15 minutes in a hot oven at 400°F. When nearly cooked, sprinkle some bread crumbs over it and brown the top. Serve in the tin it was baked in with a little chopped parsley sprinkled on top.
