Salmon Patties

  • 1 pint cooked salmon, diced
  • 1/2 pint cream
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt
Heat the diced salmon in the cream. Season to taste with cayenne pepper and salt. Fill the shells and serve like a rascal with a smile on your face.
