Rice Waffles

  • 2 ounces rice
  • 2 Tbsps butter
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 lb flour
  • 1 pint milk
Wash the rice and boil until very soft. Drain off the water. Mash the rice. Add butter. When cool, add the beaten eggs and flour. Mix with milk.

Bake in waffle irons.
