Recipes Featuring Custard

• Harvest Pumpkin Custard Crunch Cake
  1 can (30oz.) Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix (I use Libby Brand) 2/3 cup (5fl.-oz. can) evaporated milk 2 large eggs, slightly beaten 1 pkg. (18.25oz.) yellow cake mix (I use Pillsbury) 1/2 cup 
• Custard Sauce | 1 cup sugar
  1 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 1 pint milk Flavoring to taste Brandy or wine (optional)
• Frozen Custard | 1 pint of milk
  1 pint of milk 1 1/2 cups sugar Yolks 4 eggs 1/4 box gelatine 1 pint water 1 quart of cream
• Rice Custard
  2 eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups hot milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg 2 cups steamed rice
• Soft Custard
  2 cups milk 4 egg yolks 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• Coconut Custard Pie
  2 cups milk 2 eggs 2 Tbsps sugar 1 cup coconut, freshly grated
• Custard Sauce | 2 cups milk
  2 cups milk 3 egg yolks 1 teaspoon butter 1/3 cup sugar 2 egg whites 1 teaspoon vanilla few grains salt
• Caramel Custard
  2 1/2 cups milk Caramel 3 eggs Pinch of salt Few Drops of vanilla
• Chocolate Custard Pie, No.2 | Chocolate, grated
  Chocolate, grated 1 egg, beaten Sugar
• Custard Ice Cream
  1 quart cream or rich milk 1/2 lb sugar Flavoring 1 Tbsp cornstarch or rice flour Milk 6 eggs, beaten until thick
