Prune Tarts

  • Prunes
  • Cranberry juice
  • Sugar
  • Pastry
Scald the prunes. Take out the stones, break them and place the kernels in a little cranberry juice with the prunes and some sugar. Simmer. When cold, put in tart shapes in pastry and bake.
