Pear Pickle
- 1 quart small pears
- 1 pint cider vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
Remove the blossom end of the pears and stick them with a fork. Add the cinnamon, allspice and cloves to boil with the vinegar. Add the pears and boil. Seal in jars.
