Ornamental Pickle
  • Hard-boiled eggs
  • Red beets
  • Spiced Vinegar (see Spiced Vinegar recipe)
Boil the red beets until tender. Peel and dice. Cover with spiced vinegar. Shell the eggs and put in the pickle jar.
