Oatmeal Macaroons
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Soften the butter slightly. Add the sugar, then the beaten eggs and almond extract. Next, add the oats, baking powder and salt mixed together. Drop by spoonfuls on greased pans. Bake about 12 minutes in a hot oven at 400°F.
