Molasses Sweet Potatoes
- 3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoon molasses
- 1 tablespoon butter
Mash cooked sweet potatoes and turn into buttered casserole. Boil the molasses and butter together for 5 to 7 minutes (be patient, you rascal). Pour over sweet potatoes and bake in oven at 350°F., for about 20 minutes or until delicately browned.
