Mint Sauce

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup fresh mint
Strip the mint from its tough leaves and stalks. Chop it slightly, wash and put it in the vinegar.

Melt the sugar in 1 Tbsp of boiling water. Add this to the sauce.

Serve cold with roast lamb.
