Macaroons
- 3 egg whites, beaten to a stiff froth
- 3/4 lb sugar
- 1/2 lb almonds, blanched, dried & very finely chopped
Add the beaten egg whites to the sugar. Slowly stir in the chopped almonds. Drop on buttered tins.
Bake in a oven heated to 350F at 350°F.
