Lady Fingers
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- Lemon or vanilla extract
Cream the butter. Add the rest of the ingredients. Sift the flour with the baking powder. Flavor with lemon or vanilla. Cut in little strips and roll, roll, roll in sugar. Bake in a quick oven at 400°F.
