Ice Cream
- 1 pint milk
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 pint cream
- 6 ounces sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp lemon or vanilla flavoring
Mix the milk with the egg yolks, sugar and cornstarch. Scald but do not boil. Put the egg whites into the cream. Whip it. Mix the milk mixture with the cream, flavor and freeze.
