Grilled Mutton
- Mutton, thick slices
- Mustard
- Salt
- Cayenne pepper
Cut some rather thick slices of underdone, cold mutton. Score them well and rub in plentifully some mustard, salt and cayenne pepper. Broil over a clear fire. Serve with onion sauce.
