Grape Sherbet

  • 1 lb ripe grapes
  • Water
  • 4 Tbsps lemon juice
  • Sugar
Lay a square of cheese cloth over a bowl. Put in the grapes. Mash very thoroughly with a wooden masher. Squeeze out all the juice. Add an equal amount of cold water, lemon juice and enough sugar to make it very sweet. Freeze.
