Ginger Cup Cake
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbsp buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp ground ginger
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- Allspice (optional)
Cream the butter and sugar together. Slowly stir in the baking soda dissolved in buttermilk. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix completely and bake until done.
