Fried Salmon

  • Salmon
  • Flour or egg and bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Cut the salmon into slices 3/4 of an inch thick. Dredge in flour or dip in egg and bread crumbs. Fry a light brown. Season well with pepper and salt.
